Explanation:

On April 20, 2016 the City of Hollywood City Commission approved Resolution R-2016-102, which authorized the execution of an Interlocal Agreement with Broward County for financial assistance for several community bus service routes.   Additionally, on April 20, 2016, the City of Hollywood City Commission approved Resolution R-2016-103, which authorized the execution of an Interlocal Agreement with Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency for operation of several community bus service routes and allows the funding from the Broward County Interlocal Agreement for financial assistance.

The parties desire to enter into a First Amendment modifying the Interlocal Agreement to reduce the service hours and funding for existing routes and allowing for the modification and/or termination of financial assistance for underperforming community bus service routes.
