Explanation:

The Hollywood Downtown Plan was revised to improve the character and attract redevelopment to the Hollywood Blvd corridor.

 

On June 7, 2017, the CRA passed and adopted Resolution No. R-CRA-2017-21, ranking consulting firms and authorizing the appropriate CRA officials to negotiate and execute an agreement with the five ranked firm to provide professional services for capital improvements projects. 

 

Barmello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. were one of the five firms selected and as such was contacted to provide a proposal for consulting services to prepare construction documents for this project. 

 

The firm provided a proposal in the amount of $167,730.36 to perform services associated with the Project master plan providing evaluation and assessment of the existing data,  assessment of the existing parking inventory, analysis of the  existing drainage system, preliminary concept development, preliminary parking strategies, drainage analysis, cost estimate, and final concept plans and recommendations including 3D photorealistic renderings.  Funding for this project is available in account 166.668605.55200.531170.000000.000.000.
