Explanation:
On July 2, 2014, the City Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. R-2014-204 which authorized the issuance of purchase orders for the purchase and installation of a CCTV and Automated License Reader Camera system and related components to be performed in separate phases. It was determined that as a part of the Project, additional locations were necessary in order to provide adequate network coverage of the CCTV system.
In evaluating additional locations, it was determined that Walgreen Co. would be a viable location to install, operate and maintain certain communications equipment. Walgreen has agreed to allow the City to use a portion of their property to install ALPR Equipment pursuant to the attached Property Access Agreement.
