Explanation:

Neighborhood and wayfinding signs are important for the community for multiple reasons.  Signs act as directional tools for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists driving in the neighborhood and visitors are more likely to return to areas that can be found and remembered easily.

On June 7, 2017, the CRA passed and adopted Resolution No. R-CRA-2017-21, ranking consulting firms and authorizing the appropriate CRA officials to negotiate and execute an agreement with the five ranked firm to provide professional services for capital improvements projects.

Brooks and Scarpa Architects were one of the five firms selected and as such was contacted to provide a proposal for consulting services to prepare construction documents for this project.

Fiscal Impact:

The firm provided a proposal in the amount of $15,500.00 to perform services associated with the Project master plan. Funding for this project is available in account number 166.669902.55200.563010.001107.000.000.
