The Department of Public Utilities requires HVAC Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services.
On October 22, 2018, Bid Number F-6000-18-RL - HVAC Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services was electronically advertised via BidSync in accordance with the City's Purchasing Ordinance, Section 38.42 (A).
Twenty-three registered BidSync vendors downloaded the solicitation for further consideration.
On October 23, 2018, Procurement Services sent invitation emails to ten prospective vendors notifying them of the bid.
As of the solicitation due date, 79 potential vendors viewed the solicitation on BidSync.
