The Department of Development Services requires the retention of multiple vendors to provide assistance to City staff for inspection and plan review services.
The required inspection and plan review services were competitively solicited by the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida's solicitation number RFP 575-11849 was opened on February 7, 2017, and was awarded to multiple vendors including Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc and C.A.P. Government, Inc. On May 16, 2017 for a two (2) year initial term with the option to renew for one (1) additional two (2) year period.
Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc and C.A.P. Government, Inc. Have agreed to extend the same pricing, terms and conditions to the City of Hollywood as provided to the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Calvin, Giordano & Associates services are in the annual estimated amount of $400,000.00 and C.A.P. Government, Inc.'s services are in the an annual estimated amount of $400,000.00 for a total cumulative amount for all services of $800,000.00.
