Explanation:
The Department of Public Utilities is requesting to purchase three (3) 6" sound attenuated, vacuum-assisted, trailer mounted, high efficiency, low pressure pumps from Thompson Pump & Manufacturing Co., Inc. for Stormwater control.

The requested equipment was competitively bid through the Florida Sheriff's Association, pursuant to Bid Number FSA16-VEH14.0 - Cab & Chassis Trucks and Other Fleet Equipment for the use and reliance of government entities within the State of Florida.

The Southern Region's awarded vendor, Thompson Pump & Manufacturing Co., Inc. provided Quote Number WPB-AC-001-2017 based on the awarded contract pricing.

Thompson Pump & Manufacturing Co. Inc. is the awarded contractor for the City of Hollywood.

Thompson Pump & Manufacturing Co., Inc. has agreed to provide the pumps as listed in the Florida Sheriff's Association Bid Number FSA16-VEH14.0 to the City under the same pricing, terms and conditions.
