Explanation:
At the completion of each fiscal year's budget, past program years are reviewed for program compliance. A review was conducted by the Department of Development Services, Community Development Division, and it was determined that there are un-expended CDBG, HOME, NSP-1, and SHIP program funds and program income as follows:
CDBG - $137,857.44
HOME - $209,270.75
NSP-1 - $322,183.77
SHIP - $780,342.97
Staff has recommended uses for the aforementioned program funds and program income as follows:
