Explanation:
City staff provided notice to the public that positions were available and solicited interest forms from residents to fill the available vacancies.
The Community Development Advisory Board presently has four board positions available due to the resignation of James De Miles, whose term expires on June 30, 2020 and Rochelle Lessner, whose term expires on June 30, 2021, and Audrey Dallaire and Donald Weimer, whose terms expire on June 30, 2022.
CDAB members shall be qualified electors in the City and priority shall be given to representatives from geographical areas of the City designated as qualified by the United States Census Bureau as having greater than 51% concentrations of low/moderate income (LMI) persons.
Currently, there are seven CDAB members. Four members reside in LMI areas of the City (Paola Adams, Mitchell Anton, Siobhan Mc Laughlin, and Milana Walter).
