Explanation:
Businesses surrounding the Hollywood Boulevard parking lot located at 2014 Hollywood Boulevard requested the Parking Division establish distinct permits for parking in the lot from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday with paid metered parking allowed from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday. As this permit would effectively reserve a parking space for the permit holder, the Parking Administrator has been directed to establish a new and separate permit, along with the associated fee, for parking in this particular lot. The Parking Administrator recommends approval of the resolution.
