Explanation:

Chai Developers Limited Partnership, owner of the property, has initiated development submittals to construct 12,000 square feet of Commercial space and 3,500 square feet for a bank use with drive-thru.

 

Pulice Land Surveyors, Inc., acting on behalf of the owner, has submitted application P-18-05 for review and approval of a plat to be known as the “Eli’s Hollywood Center“ Plat, as described in the attached Exhibit “A”. As a condition of approval, the Owner requested to relocate a bus shelter along east bound Hollywood Blvd.  As part of a new bus bay and bus shelter pad easement dedicated by this plat and installing a bus shelter with amenities on north bound State Road 7 within a shelter pad easement to be dedicated by a separate instrument.

 

Article 6 of the City’s Zoning and Land Development Regulations requires that plats be submitted to the City Commission for consideration of approval, and the City’s Subdivision Review Committee has reviewed the proposed plat application P-18-05 and determined it to be consistent with code requirements, and therefore, recommends its approval.  Broward County’s Development Review Report is attached as Exhibit “B”.
