Explanation:

Several downtown businesses requested the Parking Division establish fifteen (15) minute metered parking in certain areas of downtown for short-term parking at businesses with rapid transaction times. The Parking Administrator would review each location and adjust parking times for the best use of parking inventory. The Parking Administrator recommends approval of the resolution.
