Explanation:
On January 20, 2016, pursuant to Resolution R-CRA-2016-03, the CRA Board approved a two-year agreement with Delta Property Maintenance Inc. for janitorial services at the beach public restrooms and CRA offices, the right to renew for two additional two-year periods.
On June 6, 2018, pursuant to Resolution R-CRA-2018-15, the CRA Board approved the first renewal of Blanket Purchase Order B002828 for an additional two-year period and amended the annual amount to $134,000.00 in order to provide services at the beach public restrooms at a greater frequency.
Due to the construction of new restroom facilities located at Missouri Street and the garage under-construction located at Nevada Street, there is a need for additional janitorial maintenance. The CRA desires to amend the existing Blanket Purchase Order, B002828, with Delta Property Maintenance, Inc. to an estimated annual amount of $171,000.00 in order to accommodate this increased level of service.
