Explanation:
The Police Department seeks to outfit a specialized vehicle as a mobile command vehicle. A mobile command vehicle is an offsite headquarters. It is equipped with technology that allows personnel to work on the scene of an emergency and provides interior and exterior workspaces. The outfitting is being procured by piggybacking.

Funding for this purchase order was included in the amended FY 2024 Capital Improvement Plan and is available in account number 557.209901.52100.564520.000000.000.000.
