Explanation:

The Police Department manages the derelict removal and disposal services. The Police Department solicited competitive bids and received five responses. The primary, secondary, and tertiary lowest responsive bidders were Lauderdale Towing & Salvage D.B.A. Sea Tow, Downrite Marine, Inc., and Grady Marine Services, respectively.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

A portion of the funding for the Blanket Purchase Agreements is available in account number 113.209804.52100.531170.001817.000.000.

 

Additional grant funding will be applied for and appropriated as needed subject to approval and adoption by the City Commission.
