Explanation:
The Fire Rescue and Beach Safety Department desires to purchase medical supplies to deliver emergency medical services.
On January 25, 2024, Invitation for Bid Number IFB-167-24-GJ (“IFB”) was electronically advertised on OpenGov.com to solicit Medical and Surgical Supplies.
The IFB resulted in bids from the following eight vendors by the response due date:

Concordance Healthcare Solutions $401,738.33
Henry Schein, Inc. was determined to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, providing pricing for all items.
Fiscal Impact:
A portion of the funding for this Blanket Purchase Agreement is available in the FY2024 Operating Budget in account number 001.215101.52200.552320.000000.000.000, and will be budgeted in subsequent fiscal years’ operating budgets subject to approval and adoption by the City Commission.
