Explanation:
The employment agreement between the City Manager and the City of Hollywood provides for annual evaluations of performance as City Manager.
This resolution authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute an amendment to the Employment Agreement between the City Manager and the City embodying the terms and conditions approved by the City Commission this date.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding required for any changes to the Employment Agreement will be available in the FY 2024 operating budget.
