Explanation:
The private community of Mapleridge Property Owners Association, Inc. desires to specifically grant the City the power and authority to enforce traffic control within their respective boundaries and to grant an easement for ingress and egress for said purpose. Mapleridge Property Owners Association, Inc. has agreed to sufficiently indemnify the City in consideration for traffic control and enforcement within their respective communities.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this resolution will not fiscally impact the City.
