Staff Recommends:  Approval of the attached Resolution.

 

 

Explanation:

The Police Department provides uniforms to sworn and civilian personnel.  The current uniform contract is expiring so the Department is seeking to procure uniforms by piggybacking off another contract to enable the Department to provide uniforms promptly.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

A portion of the funding for the blanket purchase order is available in the FY 2024 Operating Budget in account numbers 001.204105.52100.552420.000000.000.000  001.220101.53900.552420.000000.000.000 and 446.150102.54500.552420.000000.000.000, and will be budgeted in subsequent fiscal years’ operating budgets subject to approval and adoption by the City Commission.
