Staff Recommends: Approval of the attached Resolution.

Explanation:

The City Commission approved the guidelines for the implementation of the comprehensive pay plan for non-represented employees, including provisions for salary and benefits for the City Commission.  The Comprehensive Pay Plan allows for an adjustment to annual salaries based on conducting a salary analysis of local market peers.  The salary analysis revealed the current annual salary of the City Commission is below the average salary and below the 75^th quartile of local market peers.

City Commission approval is needed for an adjustment in annual salary.

Fiscal Impact:

Funding for this agreement is available in the FY 2024 Operating Budget and will be budgeted in subsequent fiscal years’ operating budgets subject to approval and adoption by the City Commission.
