Explanation:
The employment agreement between the City Attorney and the City of Hollywood provides for annual evaluations of performance as City Attorney. At this time, the Commission desires to re-evaluate the City Attorney’s FY 2023 cost of living (“COLA”) increase.
Following action on the Resolution, an amendment to the Employment Agreement between the City Attorney and the City embodying the terms and conditions approved by the City Commission this date will be executed.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for a cost-of-living increase is available in the FY 2024 Operating Budget.
