Explanation:

The resolution seeks the approval of the purchase agreement to purchase vehicles from Alan Jay Automotive Management, Inc. (“Alan Jay”) under Sourcewell Contract 091521, in an amount up to $264,346.00. The purchase of the new vehicles will provide reliable transportation for staff while ensuring prompt and efficient service.
