Explanation:
The U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, and the National Safe Boating Council request that National Safe Boating Week, May 20-26, 2023 be observed to bring attention to important life-saving tips for recreational boaters so they can have a safer, more fun experience on the water throughout the year.
The proclamation will be accepted by Ronald W. Hady, Flotilla Staff Officer, Public Affairs, United States Coast Guard Academy Admissions Partner.
The proclamation will be presented at the May 17, 2023 City Commission Meeting

Approval of this Presentation will not fiscally impact the City.
