Explanation:
The private community of Oakridge Property Association, Inc. desires to specifically grant the City the power and authority to enforce traffic control within their respective boundaries and to grant an easement for ingress and egress for said purpose. Oakridge Property Association, Inc. has agreed to sufficiently indemnify the City in consideration for traffic control and enforcement within their respective communities.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this resolution will not fiscally impact the City.
