Explanation:
Mara Berman Guilianti Park, located within the City, provides a safe place for residents and visitors to play and spend time with their families.
This park is in need of improvements including playground equipment, pavilion and safety surfacing. The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department would like to facilitate these improvements with funds from City's ongoing Capital Improvement Program.
The Director of PRCA and the Assistant Director of Financial Services for Procurement recommend that the City Commission approve this Purchase Order for the purchase and installation of playground equipment, pavilion, shade and playground safety surfacing from Bliss Products and Services, Inc. in the amount of $420,633.00.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for this project was included in the amended FY 2022 Capital Improvement Plan and is available in account number 301.309902.57200.563010.001390.000.000.
