Explanation:

The City of Hollywood is seeking a well-qualified consultant team with considerable experience in marina planning.

The Marina Master Plan was posted on BidSync and was competitively bid by eight firms.

After the proposals were evaluated, the Selection Committee short listed the participating firms and requested oral presentations from three firms.

The short-listed firms made their oral presentations and the Selection Committee completed the evaluation process and ranked the firms following the criteria/factors set forth in the RFQ.

The Department of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts recommends that the City Commission authorize the appropriate City officials to negotiate and execute an agreement with the highest rank firm for marina master plan.
