Explanation:
On December 3, 2010 the Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”) entered into an Employment Agreement with Jorge A. Camejo to serve as the Executive Director of the CRA. The CRA wishes to authorize execution of a Ninth Amendment to the employment agreement in order to provide post-employment health benefits for the Executive Director.
Fiscal Impact:
The Executive Director will have the ability to participate in the OAPIN Medical Plan at the same cost terms as if he were an active employee after having served 10 years of consecutive employment. Shall the Executive Director wish to be enrolled in the OAP Medical Plan, he will be responsible for contributing 20% of the premium for single coverage and 100% of the premium for dependent coverage.
