Explanation:
On August 30, 2017, the City Commission passed Ordinance No. O-2017-01, which created the Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement District to create an Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement Board of Supervisors (the “District Board”).
Ordinance No. O-2017-01 established the number of members and criteria for membership. The Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement Board will consist of five members. The members shall be owners of real property with the District throughout their terms.
On November 15, 2018 the City Commission appointed the five member board. The appointments Andrew Cagnetta, Sandra Einhorn and Robert Posner are expiring November 30, 2020, and the City Commission needs make appointments to these expiring terms.
