Explanation:
Each year the City Commission approves a Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan identifying projects to be funded through a variety of sources. The Plan includes projects that address safety and health issues, legal commitments, contractual obligations, and community priorities.
This Capital Improvement Plan appropriates funds to the FY 2021 projects included in the five-year plan. Projects in FY2022 - FY2025 will be updated on an annual basis and considered for funding in the respective year of the request. Funding will not be appropriated until the annual adoption of the CIP.
Fiscal Impact:
Sufficient revenues have been projected to support the proposed capital expenditures in Fiscal Year 2021. Funding for the FY 2021 projects totals $47,729,580.
