Explanation:
The City typically holds an Awards Ceremony twice per year, in May and October, in the Commission Chamber. This year due to the pandemic, we are holding one Service Award ceremony in September to acknowledge all 2020 recipients. We are recognizing 219 City employees and one Community Redevelopment Agency employee for their five, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of service to the City of Hollywood. Since the employees cannot attend in person, we have invited them to join virtually so they can hear us recognize their important achievement. Their selected gift items will be sent directly to Departments/Offices for distribution.

Funding for these awards is available in the FY 2020 Operating Budget account number 001.112003.51300.558350.000000.000.000.
