Explanation:
A City-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) effort was initiated in 2017. Since this time, the City implemented an Oracle solution as part of the initial five phases of this effort. It is imperative for the sustainability and continued enhancement of the system to engage a Managed Service Provider to provide necessary support and ongoing maintenance assistance.

RFP-4626-20-PB Oracle Managed Services Provider was posted in Bidsync on November 18, 2019 and closed on December 30, 2019.

Nine proposals were received from the following vendors: Sierra-Cedar; AAIS Global; Infolob; Remote DBA Experts, LLC; Ciber; High Street; CAI; Apps Associates; and Oracle America.

An evaluation committee consisting of representatives from Human Resources, Information Technology, Budget & Performance Management, Procurement Services, Financial Services, and the City Manager's Office evaluated each proposal on February 18, 2020 based on the following evaluation factors: Profile of Proposer, Proposers Qualifications, Project Understanding & Methodology, and Pricing.

The following short list of firms were invited to present oral presentations: Oracle America, Sierra-Cedar, High Street, and CAI.

Oral presentations were conducted on March 11, 2020 and at the conclusion of the oral presentations the ranking of the firms was:
