Explanation:
The City has partnered with CareerSource Broward (CSBD), previously Workforce One Employment Solutions (WF1) since 2009, to host summer workforce development programs and activities for economically disadvantaged youths. The previous contract agreement has expired and the attached contract agreement, which will cover the next three (3) summer programs for a contract period of June 2020 through September 2023, is being submitted for execution. Participation in the program is at no cost to the City, as CSBD pays for the wages and workers’ compensation coverage for these youths.
