Explanation:
The CRA Board has adopted its regular meeting schedule as the first and third Wednesdays of each month starting at 9:00 A.M, except during the month of August.
This resolution seeks approval to make several changes the CRA Board Meeting calendar as follows:
• Change the regularly scheduled Wednesday, April 15, 2020 to Wednesday, April 22, 2020, with citizens’ comments at 9:00 A.M., due to Passover.
• Add citizens’ comments on the regularly scheduled Wednesday, July 1, 2020 meeting due to moving the July 15, 2020 Board meeting.
• Change the regularly scheduled Wednesday, July 15, 2020 to Wednesday, August 26, 2020, with citizens’ comments at 9:00 A.M.
• Add citizens’ comments on the regularly scheduled Wednesday, December 2, 2020 meeting due to canceling the December 16, 2020 Board meeting.
• Cancel the regularly scheduled Wednesday, December 16, 2020 and Wednesday January 6, 2021 meetings due to the holidays.
