Explanation:
In an effort to provide safe and controlled special events, the need arises for our major events to provide crowd control barriers. The Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts determined that the bid submitted by USA Fence Company of Bradenton, Florida meets the specifications, terms and conditions of the bid and is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
The Director of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts and the Director of Procurement Services recommend that approval be made for the issuance of the attached Blanket Purchase Order awarding Bid Number F-4624-19-RL for French Barricade Rentals to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, USA Fence Company, of Bradenton, FL in the estimated annual amount of $55,852.24
Funding has been provided in the fiscal year 2020 budget in the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Account Numbers 163.638507.55200.549110.000000.000.000.
