Explanation:
The City is required to perform the annual FY2019 Large User True-up Reports (Large User True-up and RRI True-up) and the FY 2021 Large User Rate Estimate pursuant to the Large User Agreement dated October 1, 1990.
On August 26, 2015, the City Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. R-2015-250, which authorized the negotiation and execution of a three year agreement with Lighthouse Utility Consulting to provide consulting, large user group true-up financial and technical services as set forth in RFQ No. 4464-15-RL.
Pursuant to Section 38.48(C)(1) of the Purchasing Ordinance, the City Manager approved the renewal of the existing agreement for an additional three years effective November 15, 2018 and expiring on November 14, 2021.
The Department of Public Utilities recommends that the City Commission authorize the appropriate City officials to issue the attached Authorization to Proceed for Work Order No. LH-19-04 with Lighthouse Utility Consulting in the amount of $115,940.00 to provide the annual reports and rate estimate.
