Explanation:
The Office of Communications, Marketing & Economic Development (CMED) requires an Agreement for the printing, list and mail preparation services for the New Horizons Quarterly Newsletter.
The Director of CMED and the Director of Procurement Services recommend that the City Commission approve the issuance of the attached Blanket Purchase Order to Tribune Direct d/b/a Conversion Alliance for one year with an option to renew for three additional one year periods.
Funding has been provided in the fiscal year 2020 budget in the Office of Communications, Marketing & Economic Development account number 557.113001.51900.548101.000000.000.000, and will be budgeted in subsequent fiscal years.
