Explanation:
The CRA Board currently convenes its regularly scheduled meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at 10:00 A.M.
The CRA Board desires to change the schedule of the Regular Board meetings to the second Wednesday of each month, beginning at 1:00 P.M., to avoid conflicting with the regular City Commission meetings. Additionally, given the revised schedule, CRA staff is proposing 3:00 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as practicable) be designated as time-certain for Citizens Comments.
The new time will be in effect beginning with the November 2019 CRA meeting.
