Explanation:
It is the recommendation of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Executive Director that the CRA Board approve, adopt, and accept the positions established as part of FY 2020 Operating Budget of the Hollywood CRA.
The number of positions authorized for fiscal year 2019 is being established as 32 and includes 30 full-time and two part-time positions, a decrease of three positions from that of the previous fiscal year. This is a direct result of the transfer of the Code Enforcement program and three related positions to the City of Hollywood.
Other changes include the conversion of the Marketing and Visitor Services Facilitator position to a Visitor Services Specialist position, and the conversion of the Architect I position to a Project Manager position.
This Position Control resolution represents the staffing deemed necessary by the CRA Executive Director to provide for the fiscal year 2020 CRA operations.
