Explanation:
Chapter 52 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinances establishes the regulations related to sewer use and establishes the guidelines relating to rates, deposits, charges, and fees.
The Department of Public Utilities staff have reviewed the current rules and regulations and have determined that these rules and regulations need to be updated in order to enhance operational services.
