Explanation:
CRA staff was tasked to plan for streetscape improvements within the downtown area. Some of the improvements include placing flexible layer over the existing palm tree root balls and repairing the irregularity in pavers and hard surface around the tree wells.
On June 7, 2017, the CRA passed and adopted Resolution No. R-CRA-2017-21, ranking consulting firms and authorizing the appropriate CRA officials to negotiate and execute an agreement with the five ranked firm to provide professional services for capital improvements projects.
Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. were one of the five firms selected and as such was contacted to provide a proposal for consulting services to prepare construction documents for this project.
The firm provided a proposal in the amount of $121,471.00 to perform professional consulting services associated with this project. Funding for this project is available in account 166.669901.55200.563010.001109.000.000.
