The City Commission Agenda has three companion items for the Commission to consider relative to evaluating Circ as a viable alternative site to West Lake Park for the placement of P25 Equipment.
1. Interlocal Agreement (ILA)
2. Authorization of expenditures for ILA
3. Rescinding of the Site Plan decision
This item is in response to direction given by the City Commission at the June 12, 2019 meeting. This version of the Interlocal Agreement is the same version the County Commission considered at their June 18, 2018 meeting.
