Staff Recommends: Approval of the Resolution.

Explanation:

This Resolution seeks to authorize the amending of the 2019 Operating Budget which was adopted and approved by the City Commission pursuant to Resolution R-2018-301 on September 26, 2018.

The proposed budgetary amendment allocates funds for personnel and operating expenditures related to the creation of the Department of Design and Construction Management for the remainder of FY 19.  Additionally, the Capital Improvement Plan is amended to include the General Obligation Bond and the related projects.
