Staff Recommends: Approval of the Attached Resolution.
Explanation:
The CRA Board convenes its regularly scheduled meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 A.M. During each meeting, time is reserved for Citizens Comments to allow for public commentary on various issues.
In an effort to guarantee that such commentary will be heard, the CRA Board desires to designate 11:00 A.M (or as soon thereafter as possible) as time-certain for Citizens Comments during the regular CRA Board meetings.
The new time-certain event will be in effect beginning with the July 2019 CRA meeting.
