Explanation:
The City of Hollywood, Marine Advisory Board was established by the City Commission to develop ways to increase revenue from marine industries sector in Hollywood.
The Marine Advisory Board is comprised of nine voting members with representatives from the following categories: three Marine Industry Professionals, three Hollywood Residents and three Members.
The Board identifies goals and objectives on an annual basis and provides input to develop ways to increase revenue from marine industries sector in Hollywood.
Presently there are three (3) positions created by the vacancy of Richard Kniffin, currently serving as a Marine Industry Professional whose term expires on June 30, 2019; and Suzi Cutrone and Clifford Germano, currently serving as Members whose term expires on June 30, 2019.
The City Clerk provided notice to the public that positions were available and solicited interest forms from the community to fill the current vacancies.
