Explanation:
The City of Hollywood will be celebrating Public Service Recognition Week (PSRW) from May 5 through May 11, 2019. The 2019 theme is “T.E.A.M. - Together Everyone Achieves More”. This week is set aside each year to honor the men and women who serve America as federal, state and local government employees. Throughout the nation and around the world, public servants use the week to educate citizens about the many ways in which government serves the people and how government services make life better for all of us. Our participation in this event will enable the City and members of the community to show appreciation for its employees and volunteers.
The proclamation will be accepted by Jennifer Solinger, Human Resources Administrator.
The proclamation will be presented at the May 1, 2019 Regular City Commission meeting.
