Explanation:
The City is seeking a consultant to develop a citywide strategic business plan and action plan in collaboration with the public, citizen committees and associations, business and industry representatives, service clubs, non-profit organizations, school leaders, and City elected officials and staff.
On January 14, 2019, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 4603-19-AP was electronically advertised on BidSync in accordance with the City's Purchasing Ordinance and opened at 3:00 p.m. on February 11, 2019, and resulted in responses from the following eight firms:
* ADG Strategy Group, Inc.,
* Bronner Group, LLC,
* Dinocrates Group,
* Know How Asesores SAS, Corp,
* Management Partners,
* Turnkey Coaching Solutions,
* West Arlington Consulting Group, and
* Whitehouse Group.
On February 20, 2019, an Evaluation Committee, consisting of the Chief Civic Affairs Officer, Deputy Director of the Hollywood CRA, and Assistant City Manager for Finance and Administration, met to evaluate the proposals. Evaluation of the proposals was based upon the criteria as established in the RFQ as follows: consultant team qualifications, proposer's qualifications, project approach and methodology, and experience and capacity to perform.
