Explanation:
On October 4, 2017, the CRA board via Resolution R-DCRA-2017-36 approved the renewal of Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) number B002646 to Mydatt Services, Inc., dba Block by Block of Nashville, TN for a two (2) year renewal period in an amount not to exceed $299,869.87.
The amount approved represented the annual cost for each year of the two (2) year renewal period. However, this intent was not clarified in Resolution R-DCRA-2017-36, resulting in the new BPO being issued for a total of $299,869.87 for both years.
The CRA desires to amend Resolution R-DCRA-2017-36 to clarify the expenditure amount is an amount not to exceed $299,869.87 annually. Funding for this expenditure is available in the FY 2019 Operating Budget, account number 166.668602.55200.551030.000000.000.000 - Project Costs-Downtown Maintenance.
