Explanation:
The City and the Broward County Police Benevolent Association have negotiated a successor collective bargaining agreement in effect from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 (the “Agreement”). This one year Collective Bargaining Agreement memorializes the Memorandum of Understanding that was ratified on April 18, 2018, which provided a 3% across the board wage increase effective October 1, 2017. It is attached for your consideration.
