Explanation:
The Parking Division has an agreement with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DMV) via a Memorandum of Understanding for access to the Driver and Vehicle Information Database System (DAVID) to provide electronic access to owner information relating to motor vehicles for unpaid parking citations. The DMV requires execution of an Amendment stating requirements of the City to safeguard data provided by the DMV. The Parking Administrator recommends the execution of Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding between the DMV and City of Hollywood Office of Parking.
