Explanation:
On January 16, 2019, the CRA Board adopted Resolution No. R-CRA-2019-05 canceling Bid BCRA 10-013 (the “Bid”) for replacement of damaged poles and awarding the project to Burkhardt Construction, Inc. The better practice is for the CRA Board to adopt one resolution canceling the bid and a separate resolution awarding the project to Burkhardt. In order to do this, the first step is to repeal Resolution No. R-CRA-2019-05.
